Early morning harvest of raspberries from my backyard garden. The summer has been extremely hot and humid and my garden was looking the worse for wear. Between rabbits, slugs and other creatures that have been thoroughly enjoying my produce, I was delighted to discover that they had left my raspberry bush alone. The sun was shining early this morning, the air cooler and dry, so in my pj's I thought I would see if there were any berries worth picking. What a wonderful surprise to have picked 3 quarts from just one plant! Succulent, red, juicy and delicious raspberries filled my basket. After consuming a goodly amount....I thought I should capture my bounty. I hope you enjoy this image as much as I thoroughly enjoyed consuming these beautiful berries. Barbara McMahon
